epicnpoc has asked a team of four students from Rubika design school to propose a concept for Retrofit that meets consumer needs.

Updating an existing vehicle is quite trendy these days. However it usually focuses on power train electrification (Retrofit) or an expensive new design or aesthetic upgrades based on former vehicle legacy (Restomod).

But vehicle upgrades can be a way to fulfill other user expectations. From usages, ownership, or safety and legal requirements, the Retrofit 2.0 project brings a concept proposal to enlarge the retrofitting perimeter.

Why is epicnpoc interested in Retrofit ?

Upgrading the current vehicle user experience offers a complete new range of opportunities.

Epicnpoc software technology allows the creation of the appropriate user experience based on the available technological ecosystem.

Reconfigurability, personalization and compatibility with various components are already part of epicnpoc solution.
